The White Lotus and The Sopranos star recently opened Scarlet, a sleek bar and lounge in Manhattan's Upper West Side neighborhood. The new establishment is a partnership with restaurateur Jeremy Wladis and Imperioli's wife, Victoria, who designed the stylish space. Some of the cocktails — which were conceptualized by mixologist Matt Burkhardt — are inspired by Imperioli's projects. For example, The White Lotus drink is a "clarified punch" of Don Q Cristal Rum, pineapple, yuzu, coconut sugar and champagne, per a release.
