Actor Michael Imperioli joins Hoda & Jenna to talk about opening a restaurant with his wife, Scarlet, on the Upper West Side of New York City.

The White Lotus and The Sopranos star recently opened Scarlet, a sleek bar and lounge in Manhattan's Upper West Side neighborhood. The new establishment is a partnership with restaurateur Jeremy Wladis and Imperioli's wife, Victoria, who designed the stylish space. Some of the cocktails — which were conceptualized by mixologist Matt Burkhardt — are inspired by Imperioli's projects. For example, The White Lotus drink is a "clarified punch" of Don Q Cristal Rum, pineapple, yuzu, coconut sugar and champagne, per a release.

In addition to those familiar and newly authored libations by Scarlet’s head bartender Matt Burkhardt, includes a more-studied-than-most lineup of non-alcoholic cocktails, beer and wine.

The cocktails, from Matt Burkhardt, feature the The White Lotus, a cheeky reference to Imperioli’s star turn in the second season of the critically-acclaimed HBO series by the same name.

The drink is a clarified punch of Don Q Cristal Rum, pineapple, yuzu, coconut sugar and Champagne.

Dubbed Scarlet, Michael Imperioli teamed up with restaurateur Jeremy Wladis and mixologist Matt Burkhardt to bring modern, elegant libations and live jazz to cocktail aficionados and those looking for a classy, intimate night out.

Of course, there will be a cocktail named the White Lotus, a clarified punch of Don Q Cristal rum, pineapple, yuzu, coconut sugar, and Champagne. Head bartender Matt Burkhardt has also created original drinks like the Pisco Pink Panther alongside classics like the French 75.
